Make sure that you have a Cat 5E or faster Ethernet cable plugged into the unit, and make sure the unit is properly connected to your home internet network. The picture quality is stunning. Streaming with Netflix and YouTube among others a breeze. Practically no set-up time i did already have a network bridge installed, so that made it a little easier.
