I switched up my Anything But A Card creation in order to use it as a Father s Day present, multitasking at it s best. I found this image for a Chocolate bar gift holder and just had to try it on for size! No measurements were provided so I took out my scrap paper and started cutting, folding and scoring. It took me 2 tries, but I finally got it right. I used the fabulous Peppy Tinheart as my image, and Cassie Tinheart s Sentiment stamp for the banner. This Tinheart Family Collection is just one spiffy stamp set. It can be used for any celebration, boy or girl. I added some dimension to the tag by popping up Peppy s head, and I chose chocolate brown as my main color due to the gift itself, and coordinated the flower and heart with the design paper in the background. You will see some subtle cog punches behind Peppy, but I wanted my main focus to be on the robots themselves. They represent my two daughters, and Daddy is definetly the bolt that holds us together. So, for todays ABAC posting I decided to go with a Pool Party theme and make some really fun, quick and easy projects. I filled it with chocolate covered acai blueberries yumm! Next came the drinks umbrella which is a 4 circle of patterned paper decorated up with whatever embellishments you want. I used some pom-pom ribbon and a button, as well as a skewer stick. The chip boat was super easy and I used matching paper for the sail masts and skewer sticks.
