Into the blue trailer part

Into the blue trailer part 1

Youre willing to pay extra for something that you dont even get to enjoy the benefit of? Please explain, to me it makes no sense. If there was a premium charge whenver a bluray disk was shipped and returned without complaint of cracking I could accept that, say,. 25 each with a max of 1/mo? But I cant accept into the blue trailer part 1 for something I may not even be able to use. I kept my unlimited plan, but downgraded from 3 to 2 at a time. Net less of a couple bucks for netflix. Not much, but at least its not coming out of my pocket. Businesses should never add fees unless they are prepared for customer backlash. Thats just the way the world works. If Netflix had started with the 1 fee to start off with, then this whole conversation wouldnt be happening. Imagine for a minute that they had always had the 1 if blu-ray took off and netflix could afforddecided to discontiue the 1 fee, they would have ecstatic customers instead of what now appears to be a small contingent of frustrated and unhappy customers. I find this decision sad, and am reacting to it by CANCELLING my Netflix membership, at least until you rethink the policy. There arent THAT MANY Blu Ray dvds out there yet, and most are not priced much more than conventional releases, especially new releases. Whats next? Extra charges for Criterion DVD those are priced more than regular dvds? You have lost me as a customer with this stupid, stupid marketing move. With the economy tanking, and with people re-examining their entertainment budget, now is NOT the time to nickel and dime your loyal customer base. Bad decision. Im quitting my membership today. I am an ex Netflix customer who canceled my membership 12 months back because I ended up getting DirectTV. Today I decided to sign up again but saw the release on the 1 charge for Blu-ray. So, I signed up for Blockbuster 2 week free trial instead. After the trial the 3 movie unlimited will cost 99 a month with no extra charge for Blu-ray. With the small number of Blu-ray disks aqvailable I cant imagine anyone willing to pay an extra 1 a month to receive the small number of Blu-ray new releases each month. I really would have preferred going with Netflix. I should hope that netflix will start stocking more blu ray titles if they are going to charge more just for blu rays. 800 compared to over 100, 000 dvd titles is pretty sad. Hi Jessie Teitz, what are you talking about? I have been paying 1 more since Aug 2008, So why this stunt now? I didn t expect this from Netflix. I dont see a problem with the increase at all. Netflix has been one of the most into the blue trailer part 1 services as far as pricing and quality since its creation. My only hope is that they indeed increase the amount of discs they purchase per BluRay title with this bump. Its 12 dollars per year people. If youre that upset go to Blockbuster.
